About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Patient Services Team as a Patient Services Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book patients in for appointments and manage our IT system
  • Answer phone calls, direct patients to other staff, and book appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team
  • Work with patients to understand their problems and summarize their concerns for the medical team
  • Redirect patients to other services and provide warm and confident communication

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work under pressure, think on your feet, and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
