Spire Healthcare is embarking on an exciting journey with the establishment of a new clinic in Harrogate. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to enhancing private healthcare services.

As an Administrator & Patient Concierge, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care. Spire Healthcare is recognized as one of the UK's foremost independent hospital groups, with a significant presence across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Our clinics specialize in delivering a range of outpatient and day case treatments, focusing on providing efficient care for our patients. The clinical specialties include Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, GP services, and Dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the clinic.
  • Deliver concierge services that prioritize patient satisfaction and comfort.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and efficiency, whether in person or via telephone.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and staff information.
  • Perform various clerical tasks as required.
  • Work flexible hours across any 5 out of 7 days, with shifts scheduled between 7 am and 8 pm.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a face-to-face customer service setting, such as healthcare, retail, or hospitality, is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and proficient computer literacy are essential.
