Role Overview: Our client, a significant player in the financial advisory sector, is in search of a Client Services Coordinator to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in delivering administrative assistance while ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to address client inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with practice and office managers regarding any operational challenges.
- Manage various administrative tasks to guarantee a positive client experience.
- Support new team members and provide guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company service level agreements in handling emails.
- Offer technical support to the team and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Oversee Salesforce workflow, ensuring accurate logging of work.
- Assist with administration related to payments, requests, and pension transfers.
- Enhance your understanding of financial services, particularly in pensions, investments, and tax trusts.
