About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to join our Land and Nature Directorate team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Land and Nature Directorate team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Services Team to provide support and guidance on administrative tasks and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a business support environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
