The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to our project teams, including coordinating meetings, managing project trackers, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Liaising with operational managers and project leads to schedule resources, coordinate travel and accommodation, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Actively participating in project meetings to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and provide support as needed.
- Coordinating with external parties to obtain necessary permits and approvals for assigned projects.
- Creating and submitting pre-energization documentation and project closure reports using internal management tools.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide routine updates and reports, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Requesting and chasing invoices for ongoing works, ensuring timely payment and adherence to payment terms.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of:
- Working collaboratively to support the successful delivery of projects.
- Effectively using productivity and collaboration software, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, across multiple platforms.
- Workflow management systems, including raising purchase orders, receipting goods, and understanding financial processes.
- Remaining calm and efficient in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, adapting to changes in priorities, and managing expectations effectively.
You will need to have:
- Business administration experience, including basic awareness of electrical equipment.
- Professional communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- A full UK driving license with a maximum of 3 points.
