About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Advisor to join our team at Vets for Pets. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Manage client interactions with confidence and poise, handling payments and bookings efficiently.
  • Utilize our online booking system to coordinate the smooth running of daily routines, requiring strong computer literacy skills.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, working Wednesday and Thursday (08:30am-19:00pm) and alternate Saturdays (08:30am-17:00pm).

Requirements

  • You will be the friendly and approachable face for clients and their pets, providing a sense of comfort and reassurance.
  • Stay up-to-date with practice services and additional offerings, providing guidance and support to clients.
  • Remain calm and attentive, prioritizing clients' needs and providing a listening ear.
  • Bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, sharing your passion for delivering exceptional service and caring for pets.
  • Handle a range of situations with ease, from comforting clients with difficult news to celebrating the joy of new pet arrivals.
  • Your positive personality will contribute to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
