The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collate and record relevant details of customer requests, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Coordinate customer service requests with our supply chain, chasing progression of work orders and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Apply a first call resolution plan to each call, resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Create accurate data records containing all relevant information to enable requests to be resolved to time and to the standard required.
  • Enhance the customer's perception of our service by exceeding their expectations and delivering solutions in a customer-focused and timely manner.
  • Takes ownership for own performance, actively seeking opportunities to improve and develop.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes across the team and comply with KBR's Zero Harm policy to encourage safe and secure working environments.

Requirements

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
  • Hold, have held, or be eligible to apply for security clearance
