Position Overview
We are currently on the lookout for a Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

We seek individuals with a background in customer service, coupled with substantial administrative experience and the ability to foster strong relationships with our clients.

Proficiency in IT systems, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, including strong spelling and grammar, are essential for this role.

In this fast-paced property sector, adaptability to changing business needs is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in the effective management of a diverse portfolio of properties.

Working closely with fellow Property Management Assistants and Property Managers, you will gain in-depth knowledge of each property, establishing a solid rapport with both residents and clients.

Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customer inquiries, which encompasses:

  • Responding to incoming email and telephone queries
  • Managing the inbox for the Estate Management Team
  • Handling insurance claims
