We are looking for a committed Facilities Operations Manager to lead the delivery of top-tier hard and soft services at a prestigious property. In this position, you will align service delivery with the client's objectives while implementing Bellrock's policies to guarantee excellence. Your role will encompass coordinating and organizing facilities management services, managing contractors, overseeing the operational systems, handling contract modifications, managing invoicing, and generating comprehensive reports. Take charge of the Asset Sustainability Plan and Operational Plan in collaboration with the Technical Manager, updating actions on our sustainability platform. By utilizing tailored software solutions, you will enhance occupant comfort, optimize energy consumption, and streamline maintenance expenditures across our properties. You will regularly solicit feedback from building occupants to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include participating in client meetings concerning projects, health and safety, and monthly service evaluations. You will efficiently manage both reactive and planned maintenance tasks through the operational system, ensuring all tasks are completed punctually and in accordance with contractual obligations. Accuracy and timeliness will be essential as you handle invoicing and financial reconciliations.

Working closely with contractors, you will oversee the quality of work, conduct inspections, and maintain detailed records. You will support various projects by collaborating with property management teams to prepare budgets, assist with monthly client reports, and perform regular site audits. Your proactive approach will involve managing outstanding actions, drafting reports, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

What You Need

  • Addressing complaints, issues, and requests from building tenants through effective communication.
  • Assisting with emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the building for signs of damage or wear.
  • Performing health and safety audits and risk assessments on contractors.
  • Welcoming visitors and possessing local knowledge of surrounding areas.

Working Arrangements

We promote flexible working practices that allow our employees to manage their hours and work remotely when their roles and business needs permit. In this position, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with a one-hour paid lunch break.
