Are you an experienced Residential Property Supervisor or Lettings Specialist seeking a new opportunity with a reputable independent estate agency? If so, we have an engaging position for you.
Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking for a motivated and proactive Residential Property Supervisor to become part of their team. This position offers a competitive salary along with the opportunity to work in a nurturing and professional atmosphere, complete with its own pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-kept and tenants are satisfied.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Organize and manage maintenance and repair tasks, collaborating with trustworthy contractors.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with standards and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Rent Management: Ensure timely collection of rent and manage any outstanding payments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about property legislation and ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Reporting Duties: Prepare comprehensive reports on property management activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in property management or residential lettings, particularly with residential properties.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid UK driving license.
