About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Residential Development Manager to join our esteemed client, a leading property management company in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a large and complex estate with multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a 7 million service charge budget, with training provided
  • Oversee the development of a 387-unit property
  • Deliver exceptional service levels, acting as a representative for customers, clients, and developers as necessary

Requirements

  • Essential: 2+ years of people management experience
  • Essential: Valid driver's license
  • Desirable but not essential: Budget and service charge accounting experience
  • Desirable but not essential: Level 2 or ATPI qualification, or willingness to work towards
