Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at our serviced accommodation building in East Birmingham. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Respond to all guest messages across various platforms, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Welcome guests, check them in and out of the building, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Payment and Extensions: Send guests late payment reminders, extend their stay upon request, and handle any payment-related issues.
  • Guest Support: Provide assistance with maintenance, directions, and other guest-related queries.
  • Reviews and Feedback: Leave Airbnb reviews for past guests and gather feedback to improve our services.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Log any maintenance issues reported by guests and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Enquiries and Front-of-House: Handle potential guest enquiries, manage front-of-house operations, and provide a warm welcome to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple guest interactions simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond to guest messages and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Organizational: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Technical: Proficient in using various software and systems, including Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Transportation: Own a car, with a valid driver's license, to facilitate visits to other sites across Birmingham.
