About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Serviced Accommodation Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of serviced accommodations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 45 serviced accommodations, ensuring timely maintenance, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Guest Management: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Stock Management: Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Communication: Liaise with platforms, such as Airbnb, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 3 cleaners, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Landlord Management: Communicate with landlords, keeping them informed of property maintenance, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in property management, residential lettings, or serviced accommodation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, landlords, and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
