About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities / Property or Development Manager who has successfully managed a large and complex estate with multiple facilities. As a seasoned professional, you will be an expert in all things health and safety and have implemented new systems and procedures in your previous role. You will be an inspiring people leader who works closely with your team to achieve the best results for your workforce and customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a £7 million service charge budget, with training provided
  • Oversee the development of a 387-unit project
  • Deliver effective service levels, acting as the representative towards customers, clients, and developers as appropriate, ensuring all areas of the development are fully presentable, serviced, and properly maintained

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous people management experience of at least 2 years
  • Driver's license
  • Budget and service charge accounting experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Level 2 or ATPI qualification (desirable but not essential)
