Join our Electricity North West Services team as a Scheduler, where we are seeking highly organized professionals to enhance our operations.

Role Overview

As a Scheduler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, whether through phone, email, or written correspondence. You will oversee your own customer accounts, address inquiries, and ensure that customers have all necessary information for a seamless appointment experience.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, applying logistical thinking to effectively schedule customer appointments. Your efforts will optimize our engineers' time, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and enhancing overall productivity.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service setting
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team while also exercising independent initiative.
