Join our Electricity North West Services team as a Scheduler, where we seek highly organized professionals to enhance our operations.

Position Overview

As a Scheduler, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, engaging with them through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that customers have all necessary information for a seamless appointment experience.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team, employing logistical thinking to optimize scheduling for customer appointments. Your efforts will contribute to maximizing the efficiency of our engineers' time, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team while also exercising independent initiative.
