We are a leading provider of affordable housing solutions, dedicated to enhancing the lives of our customers across the country. As a key member of our Central Services Team within our Property Maintenance Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of our repairs service. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, administration support, and maintaining in-house systems to ensure the smooth operation of our responsive repairs service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely responses to customer requests. You will also work closely with our scheduling team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Our Property Maintenance Division is responsible for managing a wide range of properties, and as a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our contractors, managers, and internal/external clients to deliver an exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in administration. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to interrogate and present data in different formats.
