Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HGS. As a Hybrid Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance across various customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management system to access vital customer information and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Engage directly with customers through various communication channels, delivering top-notch support and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of discretion and sensitivity, ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literacy and experience using Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to our office in Preston.
