We are currently seeking Customer Service Resolution Specialists to become part of our dynamic team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a vibrant sector where each day brings new challenges. As a primary contact for our clients, you will assist those facing issues prior to their travels or during their vacations.

Your daily responsibilities will include delivering exceptional service to customers who may be experiencing stressful situations, and you will strive to resolve their concerns promptly, ensuring they can fully enjoy their travel experience. This may involve:

  • Modifying passenger details with airlines
  • Addressing health and safety concerns while clients are at their destination
  • Assisting hotels in locating customer bookings
  • Resolving airport-related challenges

Working Hours: 37.5 hours weekly, spread over 5 days within a 7-day period, between 9am and 6pm.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • GCSE/'O' levels Grade A*-C/9-4 in Mathematics and English – or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify the root causes of issues
  • Exceptional customer service and administrative experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Experience in the travel sector or GDS is essential
