Export Operations Specialist
As an Export Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer journey for our domestic and global clientele.
Your main duty will be to oversee and facilitate the customer order workflow from initiation to completion, offering expert assistance and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
You will work closely with various parties, including internal departments and external logistics providers, to guarantee prompt and precise order processing.
Additionally, you will handle export paperwork and maintain clear communication with our clients.Order Processing Responsibilities:
Efficiently process and oversee customer orders within SAP, ensuring timely and complete dispatch. Generate export documentation and compile regular updates on pending customer orders.
Logistics Coordination:
Skillfully manage a complex shipping schedule across various locations, consolidating shipments when feasible and reducing transportation expenses.
Foster strong relationships with clients to surpass their expectations.
Complaint Resolution:
Record and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Interact with key stakeholders across different sites, ensuring timely deliveries and reviewing shipping invoices.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in export customer service
Proficiency in SAP order management and export documentation
