Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Datcom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, nurturing partnerships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients, building trust, credibility, and maintaining relationships.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand client needs and objectives, providing proactive support and advice.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and Sales Team to develop strategic plans to expand business within targeted clients.
  • Conduct contract renewals, engage in pricing negotiations, and create quotations for client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and versions to ensure clients' technical landscapes represent the best solution for them.

Requirements

  • Technical IT background, with a Microsoft-based technical background mandatory.
  • Customer-obsessed, with a strong customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Good business acumen, with an ability to understand small to medium-sized businesses' challenges.
  • Pragmatic problem solver, attentive to detail, and able to work on multiple complex projects at once.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a strong networker, negotiator, and client liaison.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-team and self-manage day-to-day workloads.
  • General technical acumen and interest in new technology.
