With a solid technical background, preferably with relevant Tech certifications (Microsoft is preferred), you will possess a comprehensive understanding of our clients' technological environments and provide optimal support to ensure that our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Your Key Responsibilities
Here’s a brief overview of your daily activities:
- You will serve as the primary contact for our clients, focusing on building trust, credibility, and maintaining the relationship.
- By collaborating with the client and our internal teams, you will need to grasp the client’s needs and objectives; offering proactive support and guidance, along with prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.
- While this role is not primarily sales-focused, you will collaborate closely with our account director to formulate strategic initiatives aimed at expanding business within targeted clients.
- In partnership with our leadership team, you will manage contract renewals, engage in pricing discussions regarding contracts and service delivery, maximizing value for both Datcom and the client. Additionally, you will prepare and propose quotations for all client needs, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and quality standards.
- As the primary resource for our clients, you will also keep abreast of the latest market trends, technologies, and updates to ensure their technical environments are optimized for their needs.
About You
