**About Datcom**

Datcom is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and credibility through proactive communication and support.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand client needs and objectives, providing expert advice and guidance to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and expand business within targeted clients.
  • Conduct contract renewals, negotiate pricing, and create quotations to maximize value for both Datcom and the client.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and versions to ensure clients' technical landscapes are optimized.

**Requirements**

  • Technical IT background, with a strong understanding of Microsoft-based technologies.
  • Customer-centric focus, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and board members.
  • Good business acumen, with a strong understanding of small to medium-sized business challenges.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a clear ability to self-manage day-to-day workloads.
