About the Role

Datcom is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, nurturing strong partnerships, and ensuring the best quality service is provided.

This role requires a strong technical background, with a focus on Microsoft-based technologies. You will work closely with our clients to understand their technological landscapes and provide proactive support and advice to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, building trust, credibility, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand client needs and objectives, providing proactive support and advice, as well as fast and thorough reactive response to queries.
  • Business Development: Work closely with our Account Director and Sales Team to develop strategic plans to expand business within targeted clients.
  • Contract Management: Conduct contract renewals, engage in pricing negotiations on contracts and service provision, maximizing value for both Datcom and the client.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies, and versions, ensuring clients' technical landscapes represent the best solution for them.
Requirements
