With a solid technical background, preferably with relevant Tech certifications (Microsoft preferred), you will possess a comprehensive understanding of our clients' technological environments and be equipped to provide top-tier support, ensuring our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Your key responsibilities

Here’s a glimpse of your daily activities:

  • You will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, tasked with building trust, establishing credibility, and managing the relationship effectively.
  • Engaging with clients and our internal teams, you will need to grasp client needs and objectives; deliver proactive support and guidance, as well as prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.
  • While this role does not focus on sales, you will collaborate closely with our account director to devise strategic initiatives aimed at expanding business within targeted accounts.
  • In partnership with our leadership team, you will oversee contract renewals. Participate in pricing discussions on contracts and service provisions, maximizing value for both Datcom and the client. Additionally, you will prepare and present quotations for all client needs, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and quality standards.
  • As the go-to person for our clients, you will also need to stay informed about the latest market trends, technologies, and updates, ensuring their technical environments reflect the most suitable solutions.
