Commissioning Relationship Manager

We are Eden Futures, a leading provider of exceptional support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and associated complex needs.

The Commissioning Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in our Service Development Team, serving as the primary point of contact for all referral enquiries related to our existing services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To act as the first point of contact for commissioner, social worker, and family referral enquiries, responding promptly and coordinating with Operational Colleagues to address queries and provide information on current voids, indicative costs, and services offered.
  2. To support Operational Colleagues in promoting their void services through marketing activities, including Open Days, Void Notifications, Phone Calls, Conferences, and Face-to-Face Meetings, with potential ad-hoc assistance in other regions.
  3. To develop and maintain key Stakeholder relationships through regular contact (Email/Phone/Face-to-Face) to generate referrals for existing voids in their region.
  4. To ensure all regional trackers are up-to-date, including minute-taking on weekly void calls, monitoring internal email inboxes, and conversations with Area Managers.
  5. To support Operational Colleagues in the referral process, including liaison with housing colleagues, finance colleagues, and the wider business.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. Experience in Social Care, particularly in services for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or Mental Health Needs, would be advantageous.
  2. Experience driving revenue in a business through sales, relationship building, and marketing activities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce, etc.).
