Datcom is on the lookout for a Technical Client Relationship Manager. This position is vital for overseeing our client interactions, fostering robust partnerships, and guaranteeing exceptional service delivery while aligning clients with suitable solutions and offerings from our organization.

With a solid technical background, preferably supported by Tech certifications (Microsoft is preferred), you will possess a comprehensive understanding of our clients' technological environments and provide top-tier support to ensure compliance with our service level agreements consistently.

Your key responsibilities

Here’s an overview of your daily activities:

  • You will serve as the primary contact for our clients, focusing on building trust, credibility, and managing the relationship effectively.
  • By collaborating with the client and our internal teams, you will assess client needs and objectives, offering proactive support and guidance, along with prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.
  • While this role does not involve direct sales, you will collaborate closely with our account director to formulate strategic initiatives aimed at expanding business within targeted clients.
  • In partnership with our leadership team, you will oversee contract renewals, engage in pricing discussions on contracts and service provisions, ensuring mutual value for both Datcom and the client. Additionally, you will create and present quotations for all client needs, adhering to our financial objectives and quality standards.
  • As the primary resource for our clients, you will also keep abreast of the latest market trends, technologies, and updates to ensure their technical environments are optimized for their needs.
