Job Description

**Job Title:** Workplace Experience Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage reactive and help desk call outs
  • Review and allocate jobs received during the working day to engineers
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day helpdesk activities
  • Support the helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on to the FM support system, and feeding through to operational staff
  • Monitor call activity and produce call volume reports
  • Deliver toolbox talks to staff and create and update help desk procedures
  • Compile and enter data into the monthly client report and submit before the monthly deadline
  • Manage rechargeable works from quotations to completion, including requesting POs from clients
  • Participate in the training of new members of staff or allocate a trainer
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, and input data
  • Support the office and contract managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives
  • Raise corrective maintenance tasks following PPM completed tasks
  • Organize day-to-day work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled
  • Departmental administrative housekeeping
  • Support with the provision of information in relation to internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven strong administration skills
  • Experience of administering multiple activities within the day
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving real-time environment
  • Dedication to complete tasks
  • Able to prioritize work to deadlines
  • Desire to take ownership of a problem and find the solution
  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Intermediate IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
