Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our workplace experience team, you will play a critical role in curating a workplace environment that enhances company culture, increases well-being, and boosts productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the workplace team to deliver seamless and effective customer-facing service lines, including meeting room and visitor management, reception desk services, mail and courier management, hospitality, locker management coordination, email management, and events.
- Assist team members in driving the workplace forward by supporting additional day-to-day operational duties.
- Manage the distribution and scanning of all incoming and outgoing mail for the client.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient response to all service requests.
- Manage food consumables and stock levels.
- Effectively deal with client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.
Requirements
- Experience in mailroom duties, sorting of incoming and outbound mail.
- Ability to adapt to different working environments and manage time efficiently to drive a greater workplace.
- Team player who supports collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer.
- Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination.
- Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience.
- Ideal experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
- High degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management.
