About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our workplace experience team, you will play a critical role in curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, productivity, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the workplace team to deliver seamless and effective customer-facing service lines, including meeting room and visitor management, reception desk, mail and courier management, hospitality, locker management coordination, email management, and events.
  • Assist team members in driving the workplace forward by supporting additional day-to-day operational duties.
  • Manage the distribution and scanning of all incoming and outgoing mail for the client.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient response to all service requests.
  • Manage food consumables and stock levels.
  • Effectively deal with client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in mailroom duties, sorting of incoming and outbound mail.
  • Ability to adapt to different working environments and manage time efficiently.
  • Team player who supports collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer.
  • Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination.
  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience.
  • High degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management.
