Job Title: Workplace Team Member

At Livv Workplace, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Workplace Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate a Workplace Environment: Work collaboratively with our team to create a workplace environment that promotes well-being, productivity, and enhances company culture.
  • Own the Touchpoint Journey: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach to service delivery.
  • Deal with Client Requests: Effectively manage and respond to client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Livv Workplace as a brand ambassador, ensuring all client site procedures and standards are met.
  • Curated Experience: Focus on delivering a curated experience for our end-users and customers, driving the agenda for our clients.
  • Health and Safety: Demonstrate responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others, in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirements.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Workplace Team to provide seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Meeting Room Requests: Process meeting room requests efficiently, in line with the client meeting room management system.
  • Email Management: Effectively manage emails and requests in the main reception inbox and the enquiries inbox.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members, where necessary.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the necessary confidentiality and discretion, as required by the site.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant customer service experience, ideally with systems (e.g. MS Office).
  • Accuracy and Communication: High degree of accuracy and excellent communication skills.
  • Time Management: Good time management and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Motivation and Flexibility: Motivated, committed, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to a different clientele.
  • Health and Safety Understanding: Understanding of health and safety requirements.
