Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the Role
The Workplace Team Member will be part of the workplace experience team, responsible for curating a workplace environment that enhances well-being, productivity, and company culture. This role involves actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploying new initiatives in line with the Livv Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the workplace team, deputising for the Workplace Lead and providing seamless delivery of customer-facing service lines, including meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Mail and Courier Management, Hospitality, Locker Management Coordination, Email Management, and Events.
- Assist team members in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day-to-day operational duties.
- Manage, distribute, and scan incoming and outgoing mail for the client.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient response to service requests.
- Manage food consumables and stock levels.
- Effectively deal with client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in mailroom duties, sorting incoming and outbound mail.
- Enjoy a diverse and versatile role.
- Adapt to different working environments and manage time efficiently to drive a greater workplace.
- Be a team player who supports collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer.
- Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination.
- Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience.
- Ideal experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
- High degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management.
