Job Title: Workplace Team Member

As a Workplace Team Member at Livv Workplace, you will play a vital role in creating a workplace environment that fosters well-being, productivity, and enhances company culture. You will be part of the workplace experience team, responsible for curating a seamless and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Touchpoint Journey: Develop and implement user-centric concepts to enhance the workplace experience.
  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build trust with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach to service delivery.
  • Deal with Client Requests: Effectively manage client requests and enquiries, exceeding expectations in all areas of operations.
  • Brand Ambassador: Ensure all client site procedures and standards are met, promoting the Livv Workplace brand.
  • Curated Experience: Focus on delivering a curated experience, driving the agenda for end-users and customers.
  • Health and Safety: Demonstrate responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others, in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirements.
  • Seamless Service Delivery: Work as part of the workplace team within Front of House, providing seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Meeting Room Management: Process meeting room requests efficiently, in line with the client meeting room management system.
  • Email Management: Effectively and efficiently deal with emails requests in the main reception inbox and the enquiries inbox.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of other Client Services and Network Team Members, where necessary.
  • Client Site Operating Systems: Use client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the necessary confidentiality and discretion as site requirements dictate.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • System Experience: Ideally, experience working with systems, such as MS Office.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Motivation and Flexibility: Motivated, committed, and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to different clientele.
  • Health and Safety Understanding: Understanding of health and safety principles and practices.
