Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator

Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule reactive and help desk call outs, review jobs received during the working day, and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
  • Help Desk Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day Helpdesk activities, support the Helpdesk by receiving calls, logging on to the FM Support System, feeding through to operational staff, and reporting back to the end user/customers.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Monitor call activity, produce call volume reports, and compile and enter data into the monthly client report.
  • Training and Development: Participate in the training of new members of staff, allocate a trainer, and oversee the staff training induction sheets.
  • Administrative Support: Process purchase orders and invoices, issue and close planned and reactive maintenance visits, input data, and support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Raise corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks, organize day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled, and support with the provision of information in relation to internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, preferably in facilities management.
  • Administration Skills: Proven strong administration skills, experience of administering multiple activities within the day, and ability to prioritize work to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, customer-focused approach, and desire to understand how the service delivery model works.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Teamwork: A team player with good organizational skills and IT proficiency.
