HR Systems Coordinator

The HR Systems Coordinator will be an essential member of CFC's HR Operations team, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure the seamless execution of HR processes and systems, thereby delivering an exceptional experience to CFC's workforce. This position will involve overseeing the effective functioning of HR systems, including the planning and transition to a new HR platform, as well as its implementation and optimization across CFC Group. Additionally, you will support global mobility and immigration efforts as CFC broadens its international presence, while also taking charge of HR projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Role Overview

The HR Systems Coordinator will partner with the HR Operations Team Leader and other HR professionals to enhance processes, maintain precise data, and improve overall HR service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for process enhancements within HR operations.
  • Offering support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Developing and implementing streamlined workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy, including collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with other business systems.
  • Generating and updating HR documentation, such as contracts and policies, as necessary.
  • Producing reports on HR metrics and providing analysis (e.g., turnover, headcount, salary data), assisting with regular reporting requirements, and presenting data in an engaging manner.
  • Assisting in the coordination and administration of performance review processes, including the creation of guidelines and employee communications, and supporting the Learning & Development team in training and support for managers.
  • Collaborating closely with HR colleagues, cross-functional teams, and implementation partners to facilitate the smooth rollout of a new HR Information System for CFC Group.
  • Aiding in the creation of training materials and delivering training to employees and managers to ensure users can confidently adopt the new system; post-implementation, continuing to provide training for new users as needed.
  • Supporting HR activities related to the establishment of new CFC entities and branches, including the preparation of employment contracts, policies, and the setup of HR systems.
  • Assisting with global mobility processes, including relocations and international transfers.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a prior HR role with a focus on operations. We seek an exceptionally organized individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
