ROLE AND OPPORTUNITY
This crucial position resides within the HR department, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer from our London office. The role entails managing HR systems, developing global policies, processing HR invoices, assisting regional HR teams with compliance to employment regulations, facilitating employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and addressing any additional business requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising daily HR administrative functions
- Updating internal HR systems and databases
- Reviewing and revising company policies
- Updating standard operating procedures for the company
- Globalizing function job descriptions
- Managing the HR invoicing workflow
- Monitoring essential HR metrics
