HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Dundee. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to the management team and wider business, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Administration: Collaborate with our outsourced HR Consultant to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including data collation and audit checks.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights into employee data, attendance, and other key metrics.
- HR Documentation and System Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee files, update HR systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Absence Management: Manage sickness absence reporting, conduct return-to-work interviews, and support managers in absence procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Support the social committee, coordinate employee events, and maintain employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry
