Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  4. Manage and maintain effective employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
  5. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  7. Manage and maintain HR systems and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Requirements:
  1. Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD – UK) or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven HR generalist experience at a mid to senior level.
  3. Able to work effectively in an international, multi-location organization, building robust virtual relationships.
  4. Worked in a Financial or Professional Services environment (FCA-regulated).
  5. Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
  6. Experienced in designing and delivering talent management solutions.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work under their own autonomy or as part of a team.
  8. Experience in project management and coordination of tasks and workload, with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to change, work flexibly and deliver to deadlines at a high standard.
