A prestigious and well-regarded international design firm is seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator / Manager to become a vital member of their successful team.

This position offers a remarkable opportunity to join a global leader in design and architecture, where you will play an essential role within the organization, collaborating closely with the Head of Proposals and the broader Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include managing and contributing to the proposals and submissions process for the firm, while promoting best practices throughout the team. You will be tasked with handling multiple high-stakes proposals simultaneously, requiring your exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure timely and persuasive submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete proposal process, ensuring the production of high-quality submissions
  • Develop, format, and review proposal documents
  • Collaborate with designers and team members to collect essential information for submissions
  • Maintain proposal tracking and utilize CRM systems to monitor progress
  • Engage with clients to clarify project needs and expectations
  • Curate a repository of CVs, project sheets, and relevant proposal materials
  • Conduct ongoing research on potential opportunities, clients, and industry trends to refine proposal strategies
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive in collaborating and coordinating with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and complex situations
