Position: Proposal Coordinator

Role Overview

Thought Machine is in search of a proficient proposal coordinator to manage RFI/RFP submissions across the EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete proposal process, collaborating with various internal teams, and ensuring that all submissions are timely and precise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies within budgetary limits.
  • Serve as the main liaison for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Coordinate with the legal department for contract oversight.
  • Maintain and update RFP management systems.
  • Organize proposal documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Assist sales and legal teams in drafting contracts.
  • Comply with governance and approval protocols.
  • Compile and evaluate proposal documents.

Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal management.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology sales processes.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with RFP and RFI procedures.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in legal matters.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Responsive, Loopio, and Salesforce.
  • Experience within the banking industry.
