Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

Description

Thought Machine is in search of an adept proposal coordinator to manage RFI/RFP submissions across the EMEA, AMER, and APAC territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete bid process, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the punctual and precise submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies within budgetary limits.
  • Serve as the main liaison for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Coordinate with the legal department for contract oversight.
  • Manage RFP tracking software.
  • Organize bid documentation and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist sales and legal teams in drafting contracts.
  • Comply with governance and approval protocols.
  • Compile and assess proposal documents.

Qualifications

Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in proposal management.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology sales processes.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with RFP and RFI procedures.
Preferred Skills
  • Background in law.
  • Knowledge of tools like Responsive, Loopio, and Salesforce.
  • Experience within the banking industry.
