About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our proposals team, you will play a vital role in supporting the submission of high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential proposal opportunities that align with our business strategy.
  • Oversee the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, coordinating the creation of proposal content and ensuring consistency across submissions.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing and effective proposal presentations.
  • Support multiple projects and teams in the production of high-quality bids.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Understanding of proposal processes and procedures.
  • Strong written communication skills and a degree qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification or working towards it.
  • APMP membership and accreditation.
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop.
