Role Overview: The Director of Property Asset Management will spearhead collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly focusing on partnerships within the renewable energy sector. This role is pivotal in the development, structuring, and execution of renewable energy initiatives aimed at enhancing the service offerings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee investment assessments and commercial structuring, leveraging market insights and expertise.
  • Manage the preparation and negotiation of procurement processes for new renewable assets.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments including Legal, Tax, and Asset Management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks associated with energy investments.
  • Facilitate the investment management phase, preparing comprehensive investment documentation for review by executive committees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing renewable energy projects and transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on commercial contracts.
  • A degree in Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
