Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Asset Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in renewable energy, specifically in solar PV design, investment analysis, and asset management. This role is vital for ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of our renewable energy assets through advanced modelling, proactive operation strategies, and effective risk management. International experience is preferred as collaboration with teams from diverse regions may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • PV System Design and Analysis: Oversee the design of solar PV systems for various projects ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Investment Case Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investments focusing on technical assumptions.
  • Technical Assumptions and Financial Feasibility: Deep analysis of energy yield forecasts, degradation rates, and maintenance requirements.
  • CAPEX and OPEX Profiling: Develop comprehensive profiles for project costs.
  • Risk-Adjusted Return Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities' risk-adjusted returns through data analysis.
  • Sensitivity Analysis: Identify potential risks and opportunities through key inputs analysis.
  • Energy Generation Modelling: Utilize advanced software to model energy generation potential.
  • Proactive Operation Strategies: Develop proactive strategies to optimize asset performance and longevity.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with renewable energy assets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in technical asset management, solar PV design, and energy analysis.
  • Advanced data analytics skills and proficiency in industry-standard tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial models and investment analysis in renewable energy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
