Position: Technical Asset Supervisor

Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance

Insight Executive Group is seeking a skilled Technical Asset Supervisor to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties within a prominent account.

As a Technical Asset Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of existing building services equipment and engineering systems. You will be tasked with maintaining precise logs and registers, ensuring that all modifications to the assets are accurately documented.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Asset Management through Service Insight Local (SI) CAFM and Reporting systems, ensuring that all information is consistently updated across relevant platforms.
  • Enhance client visibility regarding Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) delivery through SI, Power BI, and MyVantage.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Team for client reporting and participate in Client Asset Management meetings.
  • Work alongside the management team to ensure that the PPM maintenance plan aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Continuously review and update PPM SLA1 & SLA2 data quality.
  • Coordinate with Technical Service Managers and Supervisors to guarantee the accuracy of assets, PPM, instruction sets, scheduling, and data integrity.
  • Establish processes in alignment with third-party Asset Management companies to maintain an up-to-date Master Asset Register.
  • Document asset variations and conduct regular reviews with management teams to ensure that the latest changes are captured and reflected in the system.
  • Distribute relevant asset codes to sites with new installations.
  • Engage with the Projects Team, Minor Works, and site teams to accurately record asset modifications.

Your objective will be to provide vendors and engineers with precise and high-quality PPM records, thereby supporting the achievement of SLA 01 & 02 compliance.

A solid understanding of building services and statutory regulations, particularly BESA SFG20, is essential for this role.
