Your Responsibilities

You will take pride in your role and ensure guest satisfaction:

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment at The Dorchester, including reviewing maintenance logs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring accurate entry and closure of work requests in the engineering management system.
  • Support the Director of Engineering in coordinating the engineering team with kitchen-related requests, while monitoring the quality and quantity of work performed by hotel technicians and contractors to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
  • Exhibit flexibility and creativity in addressing guests' unique requests and any challenges that may arise throughout the day.
