JOB DESCRIPTION - Site Operations Supervisor
The position is primarily remote, requiring periodic travel to various company locations and client sites.

Reports to the Operations Manager.



Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Site Operations Supervisor will oversee the successful execution of projects within the Operations and Support Division.

This role encompasses managing quotations and site operations, specifically for projects valued under £10k. The Site Operations Supervisor will effectively utilize business systems to ensure precise monthly reporting of commercial activities.

Sales leads and site operations tasks will be assigned to the Site Operations Supervisor by team members (Operations Manager, Project Coordinators, Technicians, etc.).

Additionally, the Site Operations Supervisor will foster and maintain robust client relationships while pursuing their own sales leads.



Quotations & Sales Management:

  • Oversee all components of site operations quotations (£).

- Evaluate initial inquiries to confirm they meet site operations criteria.
- Estimate the necessary site operations using established bidding tools and business systems.
- Submit quotations, document the likelihood of sale, and follow up with clients accordingly.
- Transition from quotation to site operations in line with established quality protocols.



Site Operations Execution:

  • Manage all facets of site operations, from sales conversion to client handover.

- Ensure proper setup of site operations, adhering to established quality protocols and company administrative standards.
- Maintain health and safety responsibilities for team members and subcontractors throughout the project duration.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved in site operations.

- Deliver all design, installation, engineering, and related preliminary tasks. The Site Operations Supervisor may execute certain tasks personally if they possess the necessary technical skills. They may also allocate and supervise alternative resources, such as technical staff or subcontractors.

- Accountable for the profitable execution of site operations, along with the timely issuance of client invoices.
