In the role of Site Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of work and manage a team that includes foremen, laborers, and direct workforce. You will also supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors throughout the project's duration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Under the direction of the Project Manager or Site Manager, ensuring the safe execution, delivery, and financial performance of projects within the agreed budget and forecasts. Overseeing the operational and commercial success of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with legal, client, and company standards, policies, and procedures. Implementing project management programs, including the Supervisor Development Program (SDP). Ensuring that systems and processes are established to meet project requirements, including Quality Plans, Completion Packs, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Conducting weekly site inspections to assess compliance with Group Minimum Operational Standards and implementing action plans to address any findings promptly. Approving and executing Project Quality Plans, Safety Plans, Work Package Plans, ITPs, and Tool Box Talks. Effectively managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to all contractual and safety obligations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Civil Engineering and Construction methodologies, including structures, highways, and earthworks. A valid SMSTS certification. Strong experience in subcontractor management. A Health & Safety qualification. A First Aid certification.
