About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Operations Supervisor to join our team at The Lewisham Care Partnership. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including staff rotas, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative staff, including training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a focal point for the site, managing requests from external organizations and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the provision of temporary administrative and reception staff to ensure adequate cover during periods of leave and staff absences.
  • Support the management team in premises management, ensuring that facilities are clean and functioning.
  • Update the appointment system/rota to reflect leave and other approved absences.
  • Provide guidance and advice to patients and colleagues on complaints and concerns.
  • Oversee the receipt and actioning of pathology results, including completing unmatched reports.
Requirements
  • GCSE English (C or above) and at least three other GCSEs.
  • Experience of working with the general public, administrative duties, and working in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of leading/managing a team and providing appraisal writing and staff development.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and clear, polite telephone manner.
  • Competent in the use of Office and Outlook, effective time management, and ability to work as a team member and autonomously.
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to follow policy and procedure.
About Us

The Lewisham Care Partnership is a 55k patient practice working from 5 sites in Central Lewisham. We are a Partnership and PCN in our own right, with no other practices involved. We are an innovative organization that thrives on the challenges presented to General Practice. We work with partner organizations at all levels within Health and Social Care, from other PCNs in the locality to national initiatives.

We are seeking dynamic professional colleagues keen to join our clinical team. TLCP has 14 GP partners, 15 Salaried GPs, 21 in our nursing team, and 8 in our pharmacy team. TLCP is a teaching practice for Medical and Nursing staff, with a full complement of non-clinical managers and staff.
