HRIS Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a HRIS Analyst to join a prestigious global law firm on a fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance the efficiency of People systems.
  • Implement improvements in HRIS processes and update relevant policies.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert in HRIS.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to optimize the functionality of People systems.
  • Support essential system maintenance and operational activities within the HRIS.
  • Utilize data to develop project plans and ensure compliance with timelines and specifications.
  • Partner with HR to establish a comprehensive reporting suite that facilitates data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct system maintenance, including the review, testing, and deployment of HR system upgrades or patches.
  • Provide production support by investigating and resolving HR system issues.
  • Deliver training sessions and create documentation and guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current trends in HR systems, focusing on product and service development, delivery, and support, while applying key technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Power Query.
  • Familiarity with SQL or PL/SQL.
  • Experience in report creation and data analysis.
